On the night of December 8, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck ammunition, drone and fuel depots in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

An ammunition depot was hit in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, near the village of Chmyrivka, about 70 kilometers from the contact line.

A fuel and lubricant storage facility in the Luhansk region, in the village of Semeykine, approximately 130 kilometers from the contact line was also hit. This is likely to be an oil depot near the railroad located in the village.

In the area of the temporarily occupied Donetsk, a Russian invaders’ UAV depot was hit. In addition, a mobile firing group and a Pantsyr-S1 multiple rocket launcher were hit in the Donetsk region.

The General Staff notes that in all cases, the extent of the damage is being clarified.

In addition, the agency managed to clarify the results of the destruction of the Temryuk seaport in the Krasnodar Territory, Russia, on December 5, 2025, by strike UAVs.

The destruction of 20 liquefied natural gas tanks has been confirmed, which is 70% of the total. In addition, a fire continues to burn at the liquefied gas loading rack, where about two dozen railroad tanks are located.

As of the evening of December 7, the total area of the fire was almost 1000 square meters.

Previously, on December 5, attack drones struck the Maktren-Nafta marine terminal, which transships liquefied petroleum gases (LPG). The attack caused a large-scale fire.

“Due to the UAV attack… elements of the port infrastructure in Temryuk were damaged. A fire broke out… 32 specialists and 8 units of equipment were engaged to extinguish the fire. Special and emergency services are working at the scene…”, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Krai said at the time.

In addition, on the night of December 5, attack drones struck the Syzran oil refinery in the Samara region of the Russian Federation.
