The Ukrainian Defense Forces hit an oil depot in Luhansk, sparking a large fire at the site.

The local Incident Luhansk Telegram channel reported the attack.

Explosions were heard late in the evening in the southern part of the temporarily occupied regional capital.

Meanwhile, the occupation authorities have not specified which facility was hit and are concealing the aftermath of the strike.

In September 2025, an oil depot in Luhansk that supplied fuel to two invading armies was also attacked.

This facility is a key logistical hub through which Russian forces deliver fuel and lubricants to offensive groupings in the Kupiansk, Izium, and Kramatorsk directions, including units of the 41st and 20th Combined Arms Armies of the Russian Armed Forces.
