The Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a combined heat and power (CHP) plant in the city of Klintsy, Bryansk region, Russia.

It has been reported that a fire had broken out at the CHP plant following the strike, and power supply was lost in several settlements.

The missile strike targeted the Open Distribution Device of Klintsy CHP, which supplies electricity to the city of Klintsy and surrounding areas.

The station is equipped with transformers operating at a voltage of 110 kV.

Additionally, part of Belgorod has lost power following a series of explosions.

According to local Telegram channels, the Luch power substation was hit by a missile strike.

In addition to partial power outages in the administrative center, there are reports of electricity disruptions in the surrounding areas.
