Ukraine is offering foreign defense manufacturers a unique opportunity to test their latest technologies in real combat conditions.

To support this initiative, the Ukrainian defense tech cluster Brave1 has launched a dedicated platform called Test in Ukraine.

Through this platform, international partners can trial their advanced UAVs, electronic warfare systems, ground drones, and AI-powered solutions directly on the front lines.

The Test in Ukraine platform was presented by Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, at the LANDEURO conference in Wiesbaden.

The aim of the platform is to actively engage international partners in developing technologies that can change the course of the war.

Foreign developers of aerial and ground drones, naval unmanned systems, electronic warfare tools, and AI-powered technologies now have a clear and structured roadmap for testing their products in Ukraine.

The Brave1 defense tech cluster highlights several compelling reasons to test in Ukraine:

  • Firsthand feedback from real end-users – direct insights from military personnel using the technology on the battlefield;
  • State-of-the-art testing grounds – fully equipped sites that replicate realistic combat scenarios;
  • Comprehensive feedback and validation protocols – enabling rapid iteration, improvement, and certification;
  • Partnership opportunities with Ukrainian manufacturers – fostering joint production and accelerating deployment to the front lines.

Manufacturers will be able to test their products directly on-site, allowing for real-time adjustments and improvements.

They can also entrust the testing process to specialists from the Brave1 cluster, who will carry out the trials and provide partners with a detailed report on the results.

Last month, Brave1 also launched the Brave1 Club initiative, designed to simplify entry into the ecosystem for established companies and manufacturers that do not require grant support.

The members of Brave1 Club gain access to both testing ranges and real combat trials for their technologies, as well as opportunities to collaborate directly with the combat units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

In addition, they can showcase their products on the Brave1 Market platform and attract investment and support for developing joint projects with international partners.
