A Ukrainian strike with Storm Shadow cruise missiles disabled the main production facility at the Russian Kremniy El plant in Bryansk.
Analysts from the Cyberboroshno community reported this after analyzing satellite images of the enterprise.
According to their data, at least five missiles launched from Ukrainian bombers hit building No. 4.
Satellite images show extensive damage to the building, including the roof and, likely, the floors inside. The damaged building is one of Kremny El’s key production facilities.
Analysts note that the nature of the damage indicates that the workshop was almost completely destroyed.
According to preliminary estimates, restoring the building without complete reconstruction is unlikely, which means the enterprise will be out of operation for an indefinite period.
We remind you that the strike on the Kremniy El plant in Bryansk, Russia, was carried out with Storm Shadow cruise missiles by Ukrainian Air Force aircraft in the evening of March 10.
Objective control of the strike was provided by a Ukrainian drone, which flew unhindered over the city.
Kremniy EL is the second largest microelectronics manufacturer in Russia. About 90% of the plant’s total output is supplied to the aggressor country’s defense department.
The microelectronic components manufactured at this plant are used in a wide range of microchips. These components are installed on modern Russian weapons, including cruise and ballistic missiles.
Ukrainian drones had previously attacked the enterprise, but the effectiveness of such strikes was limited.
In 2023, kamikaze drones actively attacked the facility, and in 2024, the strikes were repeated. In total, the enterprise was attacked six times.
