The lights went out in the Moscow suburb of Ramenskoye after an alert was declared about a drone attack.

The residents of the Moscow suburbs of Zhukovsky and Litkarino are also without electricity. In total, more than 100,000 subscribers are without power.
The Ramenskoye city administration claims that the power outage was caused by an accident on the power line.
At the same time, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Kyiv time (4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time), the Russian Ministry of Defence reported that it had allegedly shot down 109 aircraft-type drones.
According to information from the Telegram channel “Ostrozhno. Moskva” (Caution. Moscow), published at 7:50 p.m., the residents of Mozhaisk, Tochkovo, and Dorokhovo reported sounds similar to explosions.
A short time later, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the destruction of the first drone flying towards the Russian capital.
The drone attack also led to restrictions on arrivals and departures at Vnukovo Airport near Moscow.
At 7:15 p.m. Kyiv time, the DroneBomber Telegram channel published a map showing the routes of the drones that attacked Russia at that time:
This is not the first blackout in the Moscow region; the previous one occurred on the night of October 31 to November 1.
At that time, the lights went out in the city of Zhukovsky near Moscow, which is now also partially without power.
On the same night, the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces struck the power grids of the Bryansk and Oryol regions with Neptune missiles, and there are also reports of a strike on the Vladimirskaya power substation in the village of Energetik in the Vladimir region.
