Servicemen of the 128th Brigade have destroyed the Russian Т-72 tank.

A video featuring the burning equipment was published on the social media page of the brigade.

Militarnyi informs about this.

The military was observing the aftermath of the equipment hit using the drone.

The video captures a damaged tank that is burning from the middle, and in a few seconds, the ammunition detonates – the tank explodes, its tower tears off and is thrown away for a few meters.

The crew of the tank has died.

“The enchanting night video of the Russian tank exploding and burning in the forest is far more spectacular than any computer graphics of the Hollywood blockbusters.” – the Brigade added.

The military used the NLAW ATGM to destroy the enemy tank. A cumulative missile struck through the Т-72 armor from above and destroyed the target.

The NLAW is a lightweight shoulder-fired disposable ATGM with an effective firing range of up to 600 (up to 800 in the newer versions) meters and a weight of 12.5 kilograms.

Before firing, the gunner would use sight for three seconds to track the angular velocity of the target, which is remembered by an inertial missile block that during flight makes the necessary adjustments to the motion direction.
