The Russian invaders dress up as Ukrainian soldiers before storming the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that such a case happened in the area of the Pisky village (Yasynuvata district of the Donetsk region).

Russian invaders wore the uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and tied white bands.

“In violation of the customs of war and for the purpose of misleading [Ukrainian forces], during an assault outside the settlement of Pisky, Russian invaders used the field uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with white bands on their arms and legs,” the statement reads.

A similar case was also recorded during the battles for the Vuhlehirsk Thermal Power Plant.

A video featuring Russian mercenaries posed against the background of the Vuhlehirsk TPP in Ukrainian military uniforms was released on the web.

In February it became known that in the Chornobaivka (Kherson region), the Russian invaders seized warehouses with Ukrainian military uniforms.

In March, in the south of Ukraine, Russian soldiers were recorded changing into Ukrainian military boots.

At that time, a group of Russian soldiers dressed in TALAN shoes was spotted near Berdyansk.

Presumably, the Russian soldiers looted Ukrainian bases in Melitopol and Berdyansk.
