Serhiy Borzov, Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, reported this in Telegram.
“Day of Mourning… A day of terrible pain and sorrow… 23 people died, including 3 children. Among them is 4-year-old sunshine Liza (‘sunshine kids’ is an affirmative term used in Ukrainian to refer to children with Down syndrome – Ed.). The bodies of the other two children are yet to be identified… Same goes for 11 adult victims. Lisa’s mother is alive. She’s out of surgery and remains in critical condition,” Borzov said.
Kalibr is a family of Russian cruise missiles for land targets. Russia claims it has anti-ship and anti-submarine versions of the missile. These cruise missiles can be launched from submarines and surface ships.
