The advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovych noted, that now in Ukraine the biggest danger is coming from the Northwest, at the direction Dymer – Ivankiv, where fighting is underway next to the towns Hostomel, Vorzel, Bucha.

Regarding attack on Kyiv he said: Russian invaders are trying to attack, but there is a strong protection. Few helicopters of the enemy were destroyed and at least one column of military equipment.

Kyiv is preparing for a defense: all men are asked to join Territorial Defense Unit.
Orestovych also shared details regarding air raids, mainly Kyiv: “Our Air Defense forces shot down 2 cruise missiles and an airplane, type SU-27”. Also air raids were conducted in Rivne, Bila Tserkva and Vasylkiv in Kyiv Region. He noted that number of strikes are reduced.

Invasion was stopped for the moment in Chernihiv and Kharkiv.
In Chernihiv specifically, there are no tough fighting now. Head of Ukrainian Army, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, informed that enemy had to step back from Chernihov towards Sedneva and from Horodni towards Semenivka. Some tropies were captured: equipment and documents with personal details of Russians.

In Sumy Region the enemy is regrouping and getting ready for further invasion.
Near Kharkiv Ukrainian defenders prevented another attack. City is controlled by Ukraine.
In the area of the Operation of the United Forces Russians stopped any advances.
In Melitopol, situation is uncertain. There is Russian military from Crime at edge of the city. The other side of the city is controlled by Ukrainian army, and they are not allowing enemies to get to Mariupol.

Near Kherson, Russian army is trying to cross Dnipro river, after Antonivskyi bridge was repulsed and destroyed.
