The Russian Navy’s Stoikiy corvette has set sail across the Baltic on a six-month voyage to Africa.

The Russian Baltic Fleet corvette Stoikiy was spotted in the waters of the Baltic Sea. A video was published by Russian propaganda media, after which it was shown by military observer @MrFrantarelli on X.

According to the footage, the ship is traveling through the Russian inland routes between Kronstadt and Kaliningrad.

This is the only available route for the crossing, as the Baltic Straits are controlled by NATO states, experts say.

It is also known that the ship has been repeatedly involved in exercises in the Kaliningrad region.

It is known that the Stoikiy is a 20380 Steregushchiy project corvette armed with Uran missiles and Redut systems.

Recently it was reported that the small missile ship Amur of the 22800 Karakurt project was moved to the Baltic Sea. The vessel became part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in 2024.
