The Russian defense industry has developed a Titan anti-drone system with a 24-barrel 12-gauge turret.

The Russian Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies claims that the system is equipped with a laser and an electronic jamming system.

According to the manufacturers, the drone uses AI algorithms for target recognition.

The Titan complex includes several modules that allow solving the tasks of detecting, suppressing and issuing targeting instructions for the physical neutralization of the drone.

In addition, a laser module with a range of 3 km is integrated into the complex, and neural network algorithms are capable of recognizing drones based on the processing of 120 million files.

Initially, the Titan was designed as a stationary system to protect objects from UAVs.

However, the developers received requests to modify some modules to work on mobile systems.

In modern warfare, such systems or automatic turrets can be an effective means of protecting armored vehicles from FPV drones, especially fiber-optic drones.

For example, in Ukraine, Dron ZP has developed a turret that shoots down enemy drones.

It is equipped with a 12.7mm machine gun and a night vision device. The turret is fixed and cannot rotate. It is mounted on a car trailer, which must be transported to its position by road.

Currently, there are two ways to counter FPV drones: direct destruction, for example, with shotguns, or suppression with electronic warfare (EW).

However, FPV drones, which are controlled by fiber-optic cable, are completely immune to electronic warfare, so automatic turrets and other means are being developed to destroy them.
