Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz met with King Abdullah II of Jordan to discuss strengthening military cooperation and the export of Polish drones and anti-drone systems to the Middle East.

Polish media outlet Defence24 reported on this, citing Kosiniak-Kamysz.

Currently, the Polish Warmate strike drone from WB Group is in high demand worldwide. The Polish side will supply 1,000 of these loitering munitions to an unnamed Asian country.

South Korea has also expressed interest in them, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are using them.

As a reminder, South Korea’s KIA will supply Poland with chassis for the SAN anti-drone system. The system’s main armament will be a 12.7-mm multi-barrel machine gun developed by ZM Tarnów.

During his trip on March 31, the Defense Minister also visited Polish military personnel currently stationed in the country.

The majority of this group had previously been carrying out tasks as part of the mission in Iraq, but was redeployed due to new security challenges.
