Two Russian soldiers themselves came to the Regional Police Department in Shevchenkovo (Kupyanskiy District of Kharkiv Oblast) and asked for diesel fuel because their equipment stalled. The police immediately made an arrest.

This was announced by the prosecutor general of Ukraine Iryna Venediktova, publishing photos of the prisoners.
