The Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive a new uniform set to gradually replace the MM-14 camouflage pattern, commonly known as “pixel.”
The announcement was published on the “Partner of the Ministry of Defense” website.
According to the report, the Central Directorate for the Development of Material Support has approved the MM-25 camouflage pattern for further use. It will be applied in the production of military clothing and equipment.
The official appearance of the MM-25 pattern has not been disclosed. However, according to specialized media like Boroshno News and First Division, MM-25 is reportedly a replica of the globally recognized Multicam design.
The timeline for the transition has not been confirmed. Given the current size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a complete changeover could take several years. It is also unclear when the first sets of the new uniform will be issued to troops.

Germany’s Bundeswehr also recently announced plans to replace its Flecktarn camouflage with the more universal Multitarn pattern.
The German Federal Ministry of Defense, which had previously resisted the switch, now plans to begin purchasing new personal gear in 2026.
The full transition of all Bundeswehr personnel is expected to continue through 2028–2029.
