General Cherry Presents AIR Pro Interceptor Drone With a Speed of 200 Km/H

The Ukrainian company General Cherry has presented the AIR Pro interceptor drone, designed to neutralize enemy reconnaissance and attack UAVs.

The company reported that the product has already been codified and approved for use by the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, and is available on the Brave1 platform and the DOT-Chain Defense marketplace.

The new product is a response to the rapid evolution of enemy UAVs and the need to maintain a technological advantage on the battlefield.

The company noted that AIR Pro demonstrates a speed of more than 200 km/h, which allows it to effectively intercept a wide range of enemy targets:

• Mavic / Autel
• Pryvat-82 / Molniya
• ZALA, Supercam, Orlan
• Lancet
• Geran and its modifications

“The military has used AIR Pro along the entire front line for some time now and destroys all types of enemy drones – Orlan, ZALA, Lancet, Supercam, Mavic, etc. The drone has worked on all these air targets, as it has been tested and improved for a long time in the best units,” the company shared with Militarnyi.

The interceptor drone, which costs UAH 47,900, can stay in the air for 35 minutes at an altitude of up to 6.8 km. It carries a payload weighing up to 800 grams and has a target visibility of up to 1.5 km in the daytime.

“The drone has a stable communication channel at maximum altitude and distance,” the company adds.

General Cherry also reported that they are working to increase the share of Ukrainian parts in drones.

“It often depends on the specific order and situation, but we strive to ensure that these are Ukrainian parts,” the company noted.

The company currently produces thousands of drones per month.

“However, depending on the need and demand, we are ready to maximize their production to tens of thousands per month in a short time. We will monitor the demand, because as of today, General Cherry AIR Pro is available on the Brave1 platform and in the DOT-Chain Defense marketplace,” the company told Militarnyi.

In October, it was announced that General Cherry had launched mass production of the Bullet interceptor.
