Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen stated that the possibility of opening production facilities for the Ukrainian company Skyfall is currently being considered.
This announcement was published on the website of the Danish Ministry of Defense.
In this way, the country continues its consistent support for Ukraine and strengthens cooperation not only at the government level, but also in the defense industry.
“We are now starting negotiations with the Ukrainian company Skyfall on setting up production in Denmark. Bringing strong Ukrainian defense companies to Denmark in cooperation with Danish industry will strengthen the security of both Denmark and Ukraine,” said Troels Lund Poulsen
He emphasized that the Ukrainian defense industry has demonstrated its ability to support the country’s defense, implement continuous innovation, and develop products.
“Skyfall is a company with an impressive product portfolio that can provide strategically important production and supply on Danish soil — both for Ukraine and Denmark,” said Per Hjølm Olsen, director of the Danish Ministry of Defense’s Agency for Material Supply and Procurement.
Earlier, it was reported that Denmark is investing €33 million in a joint infrastructure project to modernize one of the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The funding will be used to upgrade living and sanitary conditions and purchase equipment and drones for military training.
The Come Back Alive Foundation is the implementation partner for the project.
