According to locals, this is a commercial building that is not part of the military infrastructure. It has private offices: video studio, vocal school, etc.

A similar operation with the deployment of air defense systems was carried out in other parts of the city.

On the same day, another Pantsir-S1 SAM was spotted on the building of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. It was installed on a helipad.

Radio Liberty also reports that S-400 air defense systems have been deployed recently in several Moscow areas. Local residents published photos of the military equipment.

One of them shows the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems positioned on the territory of the Timiryazovo Agricultural Academy. Another battery of these complexes is located between the parks “Sokolniki” and “Losiny ostrov,” while being close to residential buildings.

It is also reported that the S-400 battery was deployed in the area of Koptevo and Rublevo-Uspenske highway.

The S-400 SAM can be easily distinguished due to the specific “columns” directed to the sky TELs. A camouflage net is also covering a 96L6 high-altitude detector (TSBS) of the S-400 system in the photo.

The Moscow authorities and the Ministry of Defense did not report anything about the deployment of air defense systems in the capital. None of the officials have yet commented on the information that appeared in the media.

The mass deployment of air defense systems around Moscow may be a response to the growing threat of attacks by unmanned vehicles on strategic targets deep in the territories of the Russian Federation.
