Soldiers of the 47th Separate Battalion demonstrated results of their UAV work neutralizing enemy manpower.

This can be seen in a video published by Valerii Markus.

“Dear all, please check out this beautiful short film, which we called ‘Fireworks’,” he wrote.

The footage shows the Ukrainian military detecting invaders’ positions via a drone equipped with a thermal imaging camera.

Some of the invaders apparently fled as they saw the drone.

Several invaders remained in position.

Those remaining got shelled by the drone.

The servicemen of the 47th Battalion may have converted a regular drone into a strike one.

Such drones can carry an explosive device, usually a grenade converted into aviation ammunition.

At least three invaders were killed as a result of the operation.

The 47th Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion was established in May 2022. The battalion recruited volunteers from the Kyiv region. Its battalion commander is Ivan Shalamaha. The battalion has also recruited Valerii Markus, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, writer, and blogger.

Previously, the 128th Brigade has destroyed a Russian Т-90А tank.
