The Russian Federation prepares to mobilize an additional 300,000 military personnel by June 1.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced this.

“I can say that Russia is preparing to mobilize 300,000 additional troops by June 1,” Zelensky said.

Previously, with reference to the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Militarnyi reported that the Russian Federation creates a one hundred thousand soldiers force grouping, and it is possible that in the summer, the enemy would try to carry out an offensive in one of the directions.

According to the Commander, the possibility that at the beginning of the summer, they may have certain forces to conduct appropriate offensive operations in one of the directions is not ruled out.

“Russian plans are not fully clear to us. We only know the data they have, and what they create. They create a force grouping with more than 100 thousand soldiers. It won’t necessarily be offensive. Perhaps they will replenish their units that are losing their combat capability,” Pavliuk said.

Practicing mobilization in Belarus

On March 19, it was reported that in Belarus, the military is practicing the mobilization of reservists and vehicles as part of a combat readiness test.

Within these activities, the military commissariat of the Minsk district conscripted persons liable for military service for military training.

According to Colonel Dmitry Godun, the commissar of this Belarusian district, they were fulfilling orders to conscript and register vehicles and people liable for military service.

Before being sent to the military, Belarusian military personnel arrived at the assembly points of village executive committees and military commissariats.

It is also noted that certain equipment was coming from enterprises and organizations, was being inspected, and was ready to be sent to military units.

According to the published photos, trucks, dump trucks, and excavators are at the disposal of the military. This equipment is used to transport supplies and perform a number of other tasks. Military drivers also arrived with the equipment.
