Unmanned Systems Forces Present Alligator-9 Maritime Anti-Ship Drone

The Unmanned Systems Forces have introduced the Alligator-9 maritime anti-ship drone.

The maritime drone itself is a platform that can carry various weapons depending on the assigned tasks.

They include the installation of the Tryzub 90 laser system or using the platform as a carrier for smaller drones, such as the Alligator 5 ToD, which function as kamikaze drones or torpedoes.

The Alligator-9 maritime drone can carry between 6 to 10 kamikaze torpedoes, allowing it to effectively combat small displacement surface ships of the enemy.

Other configurations include the electronic warfare setup, in which the maritime UAV acts as a carrier for 3 to 5 Alligator 5 EW drones, enabling breakthrough operations through the use of electronic warfare (EW) and electronic intelligence (ELINT) tools. It can also perform mine clearing and provide navigational support.

The version equipped with the Tryzub laser system is capable of destroying strike drones, air bombs, cruise, and ballistic missiles at ranges of up to 3000 meters, as well as helicopters, airplanes, and reconnaissance drones at ranges of up to 5000 meters.

Additionally, the laser can be used to blind drones, cruise missiles, helicopters, and airplanes at a distance of up to 10,000 meters.

It should be noted that the development of marine drones in Ukraine has reached a new level. In addition to the usual unmanned platforms with explosives, it has also expanded to include FPV drone carriers.

These drones have already demonstrated their capabilities during several strikes on Russian air defense systems and radar stations in Crimea.

Militarnyi previously reported that the Ukrainian company Military Armored Company HUB had developed a Katran multi-purpose strike drone.

The drone is equipped with torpedoes on the wings, a multi-barrel machine gun in the nose section, a machine gun, and the Piorun man-portable air-defense systems, which are mounted on the combat module.
