The United States handed over a large consignment of vehicles to Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.
This was announced by the US Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs on Twitter.
Ukrainian border guards and policemen received almost 90 vehicles for various purposes.
The vehicles were delivered by the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Section of the US Embassy in Kyiv.

“INL is pleased to support border guard partners (SBGS -Ed.) and the Ukraine National Police by providing vehicles.
In addition to recent armored vehicles, INL has donated 25 Mitsubishi L200 pick-ups, 35 Renault Duster SUVs, 16 4×4 personnel carriers, and 13 cargo trucks,” the announced INL.
The vehicles are designed to transport and protect personnel and provide mobility to border guards and policemen.
As previously reported, the United States had already handed over 21 armored vehicles to the Ukrainian border guards and the police.
$185 million in financial assistance was also provided.
“Together with the military, Ukraine’s Border Guards and the National Police are bravely fighting against Russia’s horrific invasion.
INL has provided $185 million in assistance to Ukraine’s border guards and National police, recently donating 21 armored vehicles to protect them,” the statement reads.
Vehicles are designed for the protection of law enforcement personnel.
