Debris from an unidentified flying object has been found in Poland, in the Lublin Voivodeship, which borders Belarus and Ukraine.
Polish police reported that metal fragments of an unidentified object were found in the village of Krzywowierzba. The discovery was made by a local resident.
Police, bomb disposal experts, and military police are currently working at the scene, according to Niezalezna.
The report of the discovery came in on Monday after 9 a.m.
A 70-year-old local resident reported the incident. He noticed a broken tree and found the remains of an unknown metal object nearby.
It is likely that a drone flew into Poland, crashed into a tree, and broke into pieces.
Russian drones frequently fly into Poland. In particular, on March 12, an unidentified unmanned aerial vehicle was discovered on the grounds of a brown coal mine in the town of Galczyce in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
