Soldiers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed two Russian 122 mm Grad multiple rocket launchers in the Donetsk region.
To destroy the MRLs, the military used FPV attack drones.
The video of the results of combat work was published on the pages of brigades in Telegram.
Drone operators of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade “Sicheslav” recently destroyed a Russian BM-21Grad multiple rocket launcher near Semenivka, the Donetsk region.
It was probably detected by aerial reconnaissance on a field road after or during the shelling of Ukrainian positions on this section of the front line.
After being hit by one or more Ukrainian FPV drones, the Russian rocket launcher completely burned out.
Another Grad multiple rocket launcher of the Russian invaders was destroyed by operators of attack drones of the 68th Jaeger Brigade “Oleksa Dovbush” in the Donetsk region.
The Russian MRL was moving through the streets of a destroyed settlement on the temporarily occupied territory and fired at the positions of Ukrainian defenders.
However, it was detected and attacked by Ukrainian FPV drones with a warhead.
According to the video, after the first hit, the Russian soldiers tried to escape, but failed. As a result of the kamikaze drone strike, the Grad MRL caught fire, leading to its destruction.
It can be assumed that the Russian MRL crew was also hit. However, it is not known exactly what happened to it and whether there were any casualties among the Russian invaders.
As previously reported, in August in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, an unusual MT-LB tracked tractor with a 9K55 Grad-1 multiple rocket launcher was spotted.
