Ukrainian troops struck at a concentration of Russian equipment in the Tokmak sector.

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that infantry fighting vehicles came under attack.

“5 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 trucks and the invaders’ field depot were destroyed by soldiers of one of the SOF units,” the military said.

Before the attack, the scouts received information about the movement of enemy equipment in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Then, a reconnaissance group launched UAVs to identify and confirm targets.

The Russian invaders decided to concentrate reserve units in the forest, but were quickly discovered.

The information was immediately transmitted to the artillery unit of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and fire was launched.

“In addition, other enemy equipment was damaged as a result of detonation and fire,” the SOF said.

The Russian military deployed this equipment near the village of Svitle, which is located near the city of Tokmak.

Similarly, another Russian armored vehicle hidden in a forest was hit in the Zaporizhzhia region, near the village of Kopani.

“The guys from the 65th called and said they had found two enemy infantry fighting vehicles, and their artillery was busy. But we have a lot of friends – 2 phone calls and in 20 minutes those infantry fighting vehicles were already on fire,” the military said.

In this case, Ukrainian artillery was actively firing at the Russian position with an M864 or M483A1 DPICM, which is clearly visible in the video.
