Ukrainian Forces Launch Massive Strike on Energy Facilities in Occupied Part of Donetsk Region

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck substations and other energy infrastructure facilities in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.

The Exilenova+ Telegram channel published photos and videos of the incidents.

According to footage released, targets in Zugres, Torez, Dokuchaievsk, and Shakhtarsk were hit. After the strikes, local sources began reporting power outages.

One of the videos published from Starobesheve in the Donetsk region shows a strike on an unidentified energy facility. This is indicated by the distinctive bluish glow at the moment of impact.

In Dokuchaievsk and Shakhtarsk, drones struck substations, sparking fires recorded by local residents.

In addition, an energy facility in the city of Torez was also attacked, after which many districts experienced power outages.

Militarnyi previously reported that on November 18, 2025, strike drones of the Unmanned Systems Forces hit the Starobesheve thermal power plant in the village of Novyi Svit, Donetsk region, during the night.
