The Ukrainian Defense Forces neutralized Russian Peon and Grad artillery systems in the Toretsk sector.

The National Police Brigade “Liut” stated that the successful operation was carried out with the help of drone operators from the “Safari” Assault Regiment and related units.

First, reconnaissance drones spotted a Russian BM-21 Grad rocket launcher on the road.

They managed to hit the vehicle with fragments of an explosive shell. The Defense Forces then waited for the Grad to be evacuated.

An Ural truck followed the rocket launcher, which Ukrainian soldiers continued to monitor.

At the right moment, attack drones were launched at the vehicles, destroying the truck and the rocket launcher.

One of the “Safari” regiment’s drone operators managed to detect two Pion 203mm self-propelled guns. Ukrainian neighboring units helped to neutralize them.

It is known that the National Police “Liut” Brigade is currently defending its positions in the Toretsk sector of the Donetsk region.

For several days, the invaders have been relentlessly attempting to capture the positions held by the “Tsunami” Assault Regiment of the “Liut” Brigade, showing little regard for their own personnel or equipment.

Urban hostilities are currently underway in Toretsk, and they require constant attention from the military. These are some of the most difficult types of battles in military practice.

The Ukrainian General Staff stated that on November 26, the enemy actively engaged aviation in the Toretsk sector, conducting six attacks near the settlements of Diliyivka, Shcherbynivka and Toretsk.

In October, soldiers of the 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade also destroyed 2S7 Pion self-propelled artillery systems.
