Ukrainian drones struck oil infrastructure in the southern Russian coastal city of Tuapse.
Previously, drones attacked Rosneft facilities in Tuapse at least eight times, forcing the suspension of their operations.
The attack damaged a port pier and an oil refinery. The strikes were confirmed by the Russian operational task force of Krasnodar Krai.
According to the report, the attack caused a fire at the Rosneft oil refinery. The strike hit the ELOU-AVT-12 unit, a key facility used for the primary processing of crude oil at the refinery.
The Russian Astra Telegram channel and the Ukrainian Exilenova+ Telegram channel published photos of a massive fire at the oil refinery. The images show flames rising several meters into the air.
Neither Russian nor Ukrainian military officials have officially reported strikes on Tuapse. However, according to the Shot Telegram channel, 15–20 explosions were heard in the sky above the city.
Since the start of the full-scale war, Ukraine has attacked the Tuapse oil refinery and Rosneft’s export terminal in the city at least eight times. The most recent attack occurred in November 2025. In several cases, the facility temporarily suspended operations.
