The Defense Forces of Ukraine inflict losses on Russian invaders with military equipment and manpower.

The defenders are engaged in active hostilities with the enemy in various areas of the frontline.

The military released a video showing how the drone burned a Russian tank, evidently — Т-72B3 modifications.

In the video, an enemy tank was spotted using aerial reconnaissance on a dirt road between the field and a forest plantation.

To defeat the Russian Т-72B3, Ukrainian soldiers of the Defense Forces used a quadcopter, which was converted to drop ammunition on enemy equipment and personnel.

The projectile hit the open hatch of the tank turret at the gunner’s position and exploded inside.

After the explosion, thick white smoke began to emerge from the tank, and subsequently powerful flames.

Due to the explosion in the turret, the propellant charges of ammunition in the tank auto-loader machine caught fire.

The published footage shows how the Т-72 almost completely burns out from the inside. It’s unknown whether the crew was in the tank.

Т-72B3М is an improved version of the Т-72B3 tank. In its turn, the Т-72B3 tank is a modernized version of the Soviet Т-72B tank.

The modernized tank received a new engine with a power of 1130 hp, which is almost 300 hp more than the Т-72B3 vesion have.

The tank is equipped with a new 125-mm gun with improved ballistics and resources, Kontact-5 ERA, Sosna-U sight. Additionally, slat armor were installed on the Т-72B3М to protect against armour-piercing ammunition.
