About 40 models of engineering equipment were released to service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine stated that more than 20 models are produced by Ukrainian enterprises.

The list includes equipment, mechanisms, and other means intended for the organization of engineering support for troops.

The codified samples’ list in particular includes the following equipment:

• metal detectors;
• measuring devices for various purposes;
• smoke bombs;
• smoke producing equipment;
• fortifications;
• field “powerbanks” of high capacity and reliability.

Additionally, modern models of mobile generators and heavy engineering equipment with various functions are included.

The list also comprises mechanisms for performing a range of repair tasks and building bridge crossings.

The codification and subsequent approval of domestically produced weapon samples and military equipment for operation, along with the assignment of NATO nomenclature numbers, enable their purchase using state budget funds for units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The list also includes special modular metal shelters for arranging positions.

The mobile shelters have already been tested in field conditions.

When properly installed, such modules are able to withstand artillery shelling of 152mm caliber.

The shelter is dug 1.5 meters underground, and for reliability, it is additionally covered with wooden bars.

Recall that in May 2024, Kyiv customs officers transferred special equipment for the construction of fortifications for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
