The Ukrainian Defense Forces performed an attack on the Nevinnomyssk Azot chemical plant in Russia’s Stavropol Krai.
The Supernova+ Telegram channel published videos and photos capturing a fire at the facility.
The plant is located near the city of Nevinnomyssk and is one of the largest chemical production facilities in southern Russia.
Last year, the plant was attacked at least four times – in June, July, August, and December. In June, it temporarily suspended operations after being hit by 13 Ukrainian drones.

Nevinnomyssk Azot is a regular supplier of chemical components to NPO Iskra, one of Russia’s largest machine-building enterprises, which designs and manufactures solid-fuel rocket engines and their components for various missile systems.
In addition, the plant supplies raw materials used in the production of powerful explosives – RDX and HMX – to the Sverdlov Plant in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region.
These explosive materials are used in the production of artillery shells and missile warheads.
