Ukrainian defenders have received 16 UAV mobile command posts from the Come Back Alive Foundation.
The press service of the Foundation supporting the Ukrainian military reported this on Tuesday, October 29.
The equipment was transferred to a total of 14 different units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This happened as part of the Aerial Reconnaissance League 3.0 project.
Drone operators from the Army, Air Force, National Guard, Air Assault Forces, Defence Intelligence, and Unmanned Systems Forces received the minibus-based command posts.
“Together with 1+1 media, the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL), and you, we have raised over UAH 50 million for this purpose! Now they have been converted into universal command posts from which the military will be able to work with any UAVs for reconnaissance and coordination of HIMARS and the Ukrainian Air Force,” the Come Back Alive team reported.
Responsible Ukrainian businesses also contributed to the joint result.
In particular, LUN and RIEL Real Estate Corporation jointly initiated an apartment raffle, which raised more than UAH 21 million for the project and closed the campaign. With this money, the Foundation purchased seven UAV control centers.
The winner of the draw was a serviceman of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The Kurazh charity and all its visitors raised funds for one command post during the event.
Nova Poshta Humanitarian also made a charitable contribution for one such system.
Thanks to a charitable contribution from ARX insurance company, the Come Back Alive Foundation was able to purchase another command post.
The Come Back Alive Foundation has also recently transferred fixed-wing type interceptors to the Ukrainian military as part of the Dronefall project.
