Ukrainian company 603700 has begun supplying flight controllers for FPV drones to the United States.
Valeriy Yakovenko, co-founder and managing partner of the DroneUA group of companies, shared a post on the issue.
“Ukraine produces millions of drones—more than anyone in the world. But it’s not just about quantity; it’s also about technological localization. Hundreds of thousands of flight controllers, control, and communication systems are created by Ukrainian engineers,” the post reads.
It is noted that the solutions of the company 603700 are already undergoing testing in North America and will soon be available for sale through a dealer network.
“Ukraine is a forge of technologies for the civilized world. Innovation is embedded in our DNA, and exports are the key to the country’s economic recovery,” Yakovenko emphasized.
He did not specify which market segment the controllers are intended for, though they could have dual-use applications.
The company previously produced the Lviv v1 and Lviv v1.3 controllers, both of which have been discontinued. The latest model, Galicia v2, is designed for FPV kamikaze and bomber drones with a frame size of up to 10 inches and supports six motors.
Militarnyi recently reported that DroneUA has also begun supplying robotics to NASA, with the first test batch sent to Virginia for evaluation.
The collaboration was initiated by NASA, recognizing the efficiency and innovation of Ukrainian technology.
This contract, unique for the Ukrainian technological sector, confirms that domestic engineering is competitive at the global level and is capable of solving the most complex tasks of the future.
The contract marks a significant step for Ukraine’s technology sector, reinforcing its global competitiveness and export potential.
