Ukrainian Armor has completed acceptance tests of another batch of 120-mm MP-120 mortars for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The company announced this on its Facebook page.
The company notes that every mortar that is delivered to the troops undergoes quality testing.
“During these tests, we fired the last product samples and thus completed one of the current contracts with the Ministry of Defense. We continue producing mortars of various calibers and supplying them to almost all law enforcement agencies. Today, I personally checked the safety of firing and threw 120 mm mortar rounds at full charge into the barrel of our mortar,” Vladyslav Belbas, CEO of Ukrainian Armor, announced.
Various units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces use the mortars manufactured by the company.
“We have successfully relocated production and reached high production rates of mortars. The company is working to increase the number of 60mm, 82mm, and 120mm mortars in the military,” Belbas said.
At the end of August, Vladyslav Belbas noted that the company handed over 600 mortars to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
On September 22, Militarnyi reported that the design and manufacturing company Ukrainian Armor, in cooperation with several NATO countries, continues to supply ammunition to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Thousands of new scarce 122mm high-explosive artillery rounds were delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The first thousand 122mm high-explosive artillery rounds were handed over to the Ukrainian military in August.
At the same time, the company continues producing and developing new models of armored vehicles.
As previously reported, Ukrainian Armor and AvtoKrAZ would jointly implement projects to produce military equipment.
At the same time, Ukrainian Armor is the initiator of such cooperation and the final seller of the finished product.
