A Ukrainian Air Force aircraft carried out a precision strike, destroying a Russian army command center in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the attack and shared a video of the incident.

According to military sources, the command center belonged to the 81st Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the Russian invasion forces.

It was located in an underground building, likely dating back to the Soviet era, on the territory of a military facility.

The strike by the Ukrainian Air Force took place on April 7, 2025. The footage captures one or two bombs hitting the underground structure simultaneously, piercing through its top and penetrating inside.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine notes that this strike significantly undermined the ability of enemy units to conduct combat operations in the area.

“Thanks to the professional skills of Ukrainian pilots, the concrete structure was completely destroyed. Casualties are still being verified, but 20-30 invaders have been neutralized,” the General Staff reported.

The CyberBoroshno community managed to find out from the video footage that the enemy control center was located southeast of the village of Oleshky and the village of Nechaeve in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.

The specific aircraft that carried out this precision strike, likely using French or American-made weapons, has not been disclosed.

Ukrainian combat aviation is actively used to support the operations of Ukrainian ground units on various sections of the front and delivers strikes on key targets of the Russian invaders.

Previously, a Ukrainian MiG-29 performed a precision strike with French AASM HAMMER bombs on a concentration of Russian attack aircraft in the village of Guyevo, Kursk Region.

The Air Force also hit the location of Russian troops in Soledar with two GBU-62 JDAM-ER bombs. This small town is located 10 kilometers northeast of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region.
