Ukraine has codified and launched the Sky Devil fixed-wing reconnaissance drone into serial production.

It was developed by the Ukrainian company SkyAtom, which specializes in reconnaissance and surveillance systems, as the developer’s representatives shared with Militarnyi.

The drone is already available for purchase on the Brave1 Market platform, indicating its readiness for widespread military use.

The drone is equipped with a gyro-stabilized camera featuring both daytime and thermal imaging modules in a single housing.

It is equipped with the Next Vision Raptor system, featuring an 80x zoom, enabling detection of targets at significant distances.

Specifically, the video camera can operate at a distance of up to 4,600 meters, and the thermal imager—up to 2,500 meters.

One of the key features is the ability to operate without GPS—navigation is carried out using beacons, even under active electronic warfare.

Flight duration is up to 4 hours, the tactical radius is 70 km, and the maximum range is up to 280 km.

The drone can operate in challenging weather conditions, including winds of up to 15 m/s.

Launch is performed via a catapult, and landing is via parachute, which simplifies operation and reduces operator training time.
