Ukraine Strikes Russian Command and Logistics with ATACMS Missiles

On the night of February 24, Ukrainian defense forces struck the headquarters and logistics of the Russian occupation army with ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The military explained that these strikes were carried out to reduce the offensive potential of the invaders.

In particular, units of the Missile Forces and Artillery of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the auxiliary command post of the 5th Army of the Russian Federation in the Novopetrikivka area in the Donetsk region.

The Defense Forces also used other weapons for the strikes. In particular, they hit a warehouse of material and technical resources belonging to the elite Russian drone unit “Rubicon” near Vasylivka in Zaporizhzhia region.

An enemy ammunition and logistics depot near the village of Pryazovskoye in the Donetsk region was also hit, as well as an ammunition depot near the temporarily occupied village of Oleksandrivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In addition, the defenders struck a repair base of the Russian invaders near Yakymivka, also in Zaporizhzhia region. Over the past day, the Ukrainian military struck a command and observation post and a UAV control point of the invaders in the Udaichne area. The defenders also struck an enemy drone control point in the Pokrovsk area.

Other Russian losses

On the night of February 24, drone operators of the Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Russian Uragan multiple launch rocket system and the Pantsir and Buk air defense systems in the temporarily occupied territory.

The rocket system was hit by pilots of the 7th Battalion “Kairos” of the 414th Brigade “Birds of Madyar” as it was moving along a dirt road in the Zaporizhzhia region. After the drone hit, the launcher was completely destroyed.

At the same time, the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft complex was detected and destroyed in the vicinity of the village of Krasnosilske in the temporarily occupied Crimea by soldiers of the 1st Separate Center of the USF.

And in the Donetsk region, near the village of Svobodne, pilots of the 412th Nemesis Brigade of the USF detected and destroyed a Russian Buk-M1 air defense missile system launcher.
