Ukraine has developed a secret drone with a 30-kilogram warhead and a flight range of 800 kilometers.
Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and volunteers Serhiy Sternenko and Ihor Lachenkov are raising funds to purchase these UAVs for the Ukrainian military.
The fundraising campaign for 100 long-range drones, called Morok, was announced on Tuesday, October 10.
UAH 175 million is needed to purchase this number of drones.
The fundraising campaign has the name “One More Time”(Можем павтаріть). It will last for three days.
These Ukrainian kamikaze drones have a range of up to 800 km.
They should provide the Defense Forces of Ukraine with the ability to strike at important enemy targets in the deep rear.
Judging by the amount that the volunteers are raising for the announced number of drones, the cost of one Morok is UAH 1.75 million.
“Together with Serhiy Sternenko and Ihor Lachenkov, we are raising funds for 100 long-range Morok UAVs made in Ukraine.
Due to the fact that the Morok drone is capable of carrying 30 kg of payload over a distance of up to 800 km, the replay will be very vivid and unexpected for the enemy,” the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation stated.
Earlier in September, the Security Service of Ukraine published two photos of the Ukrainian Morok drone.
This is a single-engine UAV with a pusher rotor in the tail section, built according to a normal aerodynamic scheme. The tail group is twin-boom, inverted V-shaped. The propulsion system uses an internal combustion engine.
