Trump: Patriot Missiles Are Already En Route to Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed the delivery of new missiles for Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.

According to a Reuters report, Ukraine will receive these missiles from Germany, which plans to replenish its own stockpiles by purchasing additional missiles from the United States.

This transfer is part of a larger aid package announced by the U.S. president, which also includes the provision of Patriot air defense systems scheduled to be delivered to Ukraine within the coming months.

“They come from Germany and are then replaced by Germany. And in all cases, the United States receives full payment… We always get our money back in full,” he added.

In addition, Berlin and Washington are expected to make a decision within the next few days or weeks to purchase two more American Patriot air defense systems and deliver them to Ukraine.

As German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius noted, the first air defense system could be dispatched within a few months after the agreement is finalized.
