Information regarding the ship with which the Russians take grain from occupied Mariupol has appeared.

This is the Mezhdurechensk dry cargo ship (IMO: 8948167), M-PR class, Project 21-88, Kaliningrad class. It is intended to transport bulk, general cargo, and containers.

Petro Andriushchenko, an Advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol, reported on this.

“The vessel that stole the first 2,000 tons of Ukrainian grain from the Mariupol port has been located. Mezhdurechensk ship of 1966, home port Rostov-on-Don,” he wrote.

He added that the ship left Rostov on April 29 and returned on May 8.

The Rostov-on-Don – Mariupol – Rostov-on-Don route took 10 calendar days.

“This is good news, indicating that despite the blah blah blah reports about the launch of the port, the real operation is still far away. This means that there is no military function,” Petro Andriushchenko emphasized.

Before that, on April 26, the Russian media reported that the Mezhdurechensk ship was being loaded in Rostov-on-Don to deliver construction materials to Mariupol, and it was supposed to bring back grain.

In addition, at least three journeys are planned for May. The invaders plan to bring more than 6,000 tons of construction materials to Mariupol, and take back the equal amount of agricultural products.

Russian propagandists also reported that 6 more trips are planned for the Rostov-Mariupol route in the next three months.

They claim that regular transportation by water from Rostov-on-Don to the port of occupied Mariupol started on April 11.
