The Security Service of Ukraine identified a man who transmitted the Russian military with coordinates for missile attacks on Kyiv.

The traitor lives in temporarily occupied Crimea, but managed to organize the work of enemy agents in Kyiv.

His accomplice was also detained. She is in custody, and investigative actions are ongoing against her.

The 56-year-old Kyiv resident has been living in Crimea since 2017. According to the SSU, he was recruited by the special services of the aggressor state and voluntarily went to cooperate with the enemy.

“The traitor received an assignment from the FSB of the Russian Federation officer and gave it to his agent in the capital. She had to collect data to adjust attacks on critical infrastructure, civilian and military facilities to provide information about the movements of Ukrainian troops, the location of checkpoints in Kyiv and the Kyiv region,” the report said.

The man was informed of treason suspicion committed under martial law by a group of persons (part 2 of article 28 and part 2 of article 111).

On October 10, Russian troops launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine.

According to the Kyiv State City Administration, 6 people were killed due to shelling in the capital, 51 people were injured. 42 people were hospitalized.

Russian missiles damaged 45 residential buildings, 6 educational institutions, 2 social institutions, 6 cultural institutions, 5 medical institutions and 2 administrative buildings.

Also, the missiles damaged 5 objects of critical infrastructure and communal services of Kyiv.

In total, according to the State Emergency Service, on October 10, critical and civil infrastructure facilities in 12 regions were affected by Russian attacks.

19 people were killed, 109 were injured.

The SSU also detained the artillery spotter of Russian strikes on the Dnipro. He turned out to be an associate of Ilya Kiva, ex-people’s deputy.
