The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have revealed the details of blowing up the bridge with resupply equipment by the Russian military.
Militarnyi informs about this with reference to the SOF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A group of Special Operations Forces of Ukraine blew up a bridge with enemy vehicles heading to Izyum.
A few days ago, our fighters uncovered the enemy equipment in the Kharkiv region.
The column included the “Tiger” armored vehicle, Kamaz, and the three Urals, which were moving to strengthen their group in the Kharkiv region.
Having established the route of the enemy column, the operators of the SOF of Ukraine carried out reconnaissance of the object that was most suitable for conducting an engineering ambush. It was a bridge to enemy vehicles.
Later, the tedious professional work followed: determining the location of charges, and calculating the required amount of TNT equivalent.
“Having planted the explosive in a defined place, the SOF operators of Ukraine were waiting for the enemy, who was unsuspectingly moving towards death,” the servicemen said.
The bridge was blown up together with Russian equipment in accordance with the plan, destroying the entire enemy column.
Upon blowing up the bridge with the Russians, our operators with the help of UAVs confirmed the defeat of the target.
After that, the case was completed by other units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the assault troops seized the documents from the Russian military.
According to the documents, the Russian military of the 201st Military Base was neutralized. The 201st Gatchina Military Base of Russia is a general military formation (military base) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation within the Central Military District. It is the largest Russian land military base outside Russia, stationed in Tajikistan.
