Ukrainian defenders drove the Russian invaders out of their position on one of the sections of the eastern front.
The Attack Drone Company “Perun Group” of the 79th Air Assault Brigade published the video of the capture of the Russian position.
The operators used drones with ammunition and supported the assault actions of Ukrainian infantry.
The military did not specify where the battle took place.
According to the video, the group of Russian soldiers was hiding in an MT-LB tracked tractor, which is used as an armored personnel carrier.
After they were spotted, a Ukrainian drone arrived and dropped a grenade on the armored vehicle. After the explosion, the Russians realized they were pushed out and decided to hide in nearby shelters on the site of a former forest plantation.
All this time, the enemy infantry was being observed by a Ukrainian drone, so it was known where the invaders had hidden.
Therefore, the UAVs of the 79th Air Assault Brigade began to strike at the shelter. They dropped ammunition on the positions, destroying the ceilings and forcing the Russians to look for other hiding places.
Subsequently, a group of Ukrainian infantry approached the enemy positions and began their assault. After the Russian soldiers refused to surrender, the shelter with the invaders began to be thrown with grenades.
The fortifications were broken and the invaders were eliminated as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian infantry and drone operators.
Soldiers of the 79th Separate Tavrian Air Assault Brigade also fought off an assault and destroyed a group of invaders riding motorcycles. Russians tried to seize the positions of Ukrainian paratroopers near Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.
However, Ukrainian drones immediately started working against the invaders, dropping ammunition on Russian soldiers and equipment.
