The National Guard of Ukraine has already received eight modern field hospitals from the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Oleksandr Pivnenko, Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, reported on this.
The field hospitals are equipped with an autonomous power supply and water, and sanitation.
They are able to operate without power supply on a diesel generator.
The mobile medical hospital is designed for 26-50 beds in various configurations.
“This significantly improves conditions of care and treatment of our servicemen, and facilitates the work of medics who save lives of soldiers,” said Oleksandr Pivnenko.
The hospital is also provided with necessary supplies of medicines and consumables.
“The National Guard has previously received and uses the medical and humanitarian aid provided, including field hospitals that were transferred by the decision of the Dutch government. There are already 8 of them in total, and this is a significant help,” noted the National Guard commander.
This is not the first time that the Netherlands, alone or in cooperation with other countries, has donated mobile hospitals to Ukraine.
In December it became known that the Netherlands also handed over three Role 2 field hospitals and 6 ambulances to border guards.

At that time, medical equipment was delivered to Ukraine by the Dutch manufacturer Hospitainer under the government’s program to strengthen the medical capabilities of Ukrainian Defense Forces.
