Russian troops have again shelled the Sumy region. This time, they launched a missile strike on the settlement of Krasnopillia.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, shared the news.
It is noted that approximately 20 houses, as well as power lines, were damaged. Thus, half of the village was left without electricity.
“At about 1 am, the enemy fired missiles at our Krasnopillia from the Russian territory. The launch tentatively came from an aircraft that did not cross the state border,” Zhyvytskyi said.
The village of Krasnopillia in the Sumy region is located less than 20 km from the Russian border.
According to preliminary information, no one was killed by the airstrike. The photos released by the Military Administration show broken courtyards and houses.
