In Nova Kakhovka, for the second time in a week, ammunition depots of the occupation troops of the Russian Federation detonated.

This was reported by eyewitnesses who published photos and videos from the scene.

Late in the evening, on Wednesday, July 13, explosions were heard in Nova Kakhovka, a temporarily occupied by Russian invaders city in the Kherson region. Locals had also observed the fire.

Eyewitnesses reported sounds from ammunition detonation on social media.

Information about the explosions in a place that was used by the Russian occupation forces as an ammunition depot was confirmed by Sergey Khlan, Adviser to the Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

“…Leaving jokes aside, the ammunition and shells of ruscists in Nova Kakhovka are detonating again. Thank you, HIMARS and our guys from the Armed Forces of Ukraine!” Khlan said.

He noted that fire and explosions occurred in the Sokol district of Nova Kakhovka.

Subsequently, the invaders confirmed the fact of a strike on the territory of the Sokol enterprise. The Russian administration said it was assessing the “extent of damage” caused by the explosions.

Also, the strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the Russians in Nova Kakhovka were confirmed by the OC “South.”

It was reported that the Ukrainian military attacked two command posts of enemy troops and a landing site in Nova Kakhovka.

At the same time, it is noted that 13 invaders and 6 units of armored and automobile vehicles were destroyed. As of now, the final losses of the enemy are being clarified.
