Funds for three SHARK unmanned systems were already collected through the EYE FOR THE EYE initiative.
Taras Chmut, Director of the Come Back Alive Foundation, announced this.
UAH 39 million were collected for the purchase of 3 systems.
Since November 1, the OKKO company has been transferring 1 UAH to purchase SHARK UAVs from each liter of PULLS 95 and PULLS DIESEL fuel sold.
OKKO launched this initiative together with the Come Back Alive Foundation.
Through this initiative, the plan is to purchase 25 of these systems for the Ukrainian military. The total cost of 25 systems is UAH 325 million.
25 unmanned systems include a total of 75 UAVs, 25 Torsus vehicles from Pulsar Expo, equipped with control posts, and 25 launchers.
According to representatives of the “EYE FOR THE EYE” initiative, with this equipment, the military will be able to adjust artillery fire. The system will help bring less risk to the lives of intelligence personnel to obtain valuable information behind enemy lines.
The Come Back Alive Foundation will distribute the acquired systems based on the current situation at the front and with the recommendations of the General Staff.
Considering that these systems represent high-end special equipment, they will be able to be used, in particular, by the individual reconnaissance battalions, special forces, and units adjusting long-range artillery as part of infantry brigades.
For these new SHARK drones, a control post based on the Torsus Terrastorm minibus is being developed in Ukraine.
A new patriotic mural depicting the SHARK reconnaissance UAV will also appear in Kyiv. It will be based on the image of the Ukrainian illustrator Darke Zironka.
