The DOK-ING MV-10 mine clearance system was sent to the Mykolaiv region that should effectively neutralize mines.
The State Transport Special Service said that it was already operating remotely and neutralizing anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, as well as other ammunition.
“This is the most powerful system in the world in its class. Designed for operating in large areas,” the STSS statement said.
Thanks to remote control, it is especially safe to operate. The military of the State Transport Special Service called it “Nadiia.”
“Nadiia” should significantly improve the capabilities of Ukrainian troops and will allow sappers to mine the de-occupied territories faster and safer.
DOK-ING MV-10 was transferred to Ukraine within the framework of support from the European Union.
“This is a new delivery within the framework of the European Union support package worth 25 million euros for humanitarian demining in Ukraine,” said High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
The package is designed to meet the urgent needs of Ukrainian state mine clearance action operators.
The DOK-ING MV-10 robotic demining system was created with a double working body. The manufacturer notes that the DOK-ING MV-10 is the most powerful system in the world in its class.
A chain tool is installed in front of the system, under the action of which anti-personnel and anti-tank mines are triggered. Also on the system there is a cultivator that performs secondary processing and maintains a constant depth of loosening.
Additional equipment can also be used, such as roller, blade and cleaning units. MV-10 is controlled by a single operator using a remote control panel. The maximum depth of soil cleaning is 60 cm.
As previously reported, in 2023, the territory of the Kherson region began to be cleared with the help of DOK-ING MV-4 and MV-10 systems.
