The Civil Preparedness Center trained 2,894 citizens within a month.
The project initiated by the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation provided an opportunity for civilians to receive basic military and security training.
A total of 167 trainings were held in 18 cities of Ukraine within one month.
“Another 2,894 Ukrainians are prepared to offer more active resistance to the Russians. That’s how many people underwent the Civilian Readiness Center trainings in March,” the Foundation said.

The Lviv Civilian Readiness Center joined Poltava and also started conducting corporate trainings for company employees.
In March, two first aid trainings were held for employees of IT companies Sombra and Capgemini Engineering.
The project called “Civilian Readiness Center” is implemented Ukrainian-wide.
The first of the centers was established in Poltava, and later, the idea of their creation expanded its territorial boundaries. Currently, the centers operate in 18 cities in Ukraine.
Training activities do not have age restrictions, but the content is primarily targeted at adults and teenagers.
Specially trained instructors are involved in training the public. Trainings are free-form and last about a month. Those interested can choose what they are most motivated by.
At the beginning of April, an open modern military training course started in Ukraine.
