According to them, the attack of seven UAVs took place around 2 a.m. on August 9.
“Next to our Novy Oskol bus station is a repair base where our guys were repairing combat vehicles. Seven drones hit the hangar. The ground was trembling, the noise was very loud, and it was immediately clear that these were drone strikes!” eyewitnesses said.
The drone strike reportedly damaged two hangars and three combat vehicles.
There were allegedly no casualties among the Russian military.

Previously, drones hit power substations in the Belgorod and Oryol regions.
In particular, on the night of July 29, in the Belgorod region, in the village of Tomarovka, Yakovlevka district, loud explosions were heard after midnight. Eyewitnesses reported a drone attack on a power substation.
As a result, a fire broke out at the substation, and the village lost power.
A video from the village of Glazunovka in the south of the Oryol region was also posted on social media. Residents of the area filmed a drone flying overhead at night, followed by an explosion nearby.
Local authorities claimed that Russian air defense had been operating in the region. Governor Andrey Klychkov said that a power substation had been damaged.
